Production runs at the PRO-CAB plant site. Every batch passes controlled stages, and nothing leaves the line without a quality check.
Raw material intake
Incoming chemicals and organic feedstock are checked against specification before they enter storage.
Formulation
Components are dosed to the target NPK grade and micronutrient package under recipe control.
Reaction and blending
Liquid lines are mixed and stabilised; powder lines are homogenised to a uniform, fully water-soluble blend.
Laboratory control
Each batch is sampled and tested. Nutrient content, pH and solubility are confirmed before packaging.
Packaging
Filled into canisters, buckets or bags, sealed, labelled and marked with the batch number.
Dispatch
Palletised, loaded and shipped with quality passport and shipping documents attached.
